The Store Assistant was brilliant, she was not pushy, she took time to understand what we needed and even measured some items. The guidance and reassurance that if we did make a mistake then there was always a fix made the purchase much easier. We cant wait to receive our new bed

Northampton store has sime lovely employees, namely Shani and Gary (older chap) Very welcomimg, pleasant, factual. When we returned to store, we put the order with Shani , who stayed beyond the closing time to complete the sale.

We had Gary at our Northampton branch and he was excellent we did not feel the least bit pressured or rushed very good shopping experience
