Great customer service, sleep simulator was a great touch, really happy with the chosen product.

We went to view a bed that was online, just to see it before making a decision. The bed was not in store but we saw another bed and the Gary (Northampton) was extremely helpful in helping us make a decision to go ahead with that bed. He wasn’t pushy with additional sales and gave us all the info we needed.
