Mattress man!

Lied to about delivery date Chargeable collection of old mattress Additional cost for delivery. Even though delivery advertised as "free" Paid for mattress before delivery date was confirmed. Couldn't cancel order, unless paid an admin fee. Overall not very impressed.

I queried some of the small print particularly my recourse if there was a fault I felt staff were unsure on the policy that should as stated in the contract be available to view it was not The staff did not appreciate my concern if there was a fault I was told that dreams have a reputation to uphold however this did not address my concern The staff member who tried initially to assist was friendly although her manager was less so Given the money spent I would have appreciated more understanding as I have a similar experience of a fault being detected and then having difficulties resolving this I did point this out to the store manager but was left feeling that I was a nuisance

I am very upset and frustrated with the fact that it will 6 weeks for the bed I have ordered to arrive. If it wasn't for the fact that I love the bed so much I would not of bothered ordering it. I do not find it at all acceptable that I have to wait this amount of time for my product. I suggest you improve the speed of your systems as soon as possible as I will be informing anyone I speak to about your store that you have an issue with delivering your goods to customers within a reasonable amount of time. If there is anything you can do about my particular order and the time frame it will be delivered it would be greatly appreciated.

Not charged the marked sale price. Inability of manager to make a refund to my credit card for the correct amount. Too time consuming for what should have been a very straightforward process. I have never known a firm that could not make a refund for what was clearly a system error. (System still charging pre sale price!) NB The sales assistant was very helpful.

Ordered a sleigh bed including ottoman for £2000. Quoted a few days delivery! which is great! The chap (John) who took the order seemed very irritable and not really customer friendly. every question i asked seemed to annoy him. He did little to hide any frustrations he felt even though i was placing a large order (what i considered large). He didnt ask about any access to my home that may cause delivery issues (i have a turn in my stair case). Upon delivery the drivers were unable to get it around the 'turn' so we had to refuse delivery. Went back to store today.. unforutnately we were served by the same man. Again, he was very frustrated and at times rude... to myself his colleagues on the floor and the ones on the phone. To top it all off.,. i now have to wait 6 weeks for a standard duvan bed, which seems ridiculous. I wanted to cancel the order but the man said it would be lots of paperwork. Im sure he is a nice man, but he shouldnt be working in face to face customer services. every question just seemed to annoy him and frustrate him. I wouldnt order again from this store. Dreams has turned to a nightmare for me!

Do not take kindly to being texted at 8.07 on a Sunday morning. Could this not have waited until after 9? In fact the information could have waited until Monday morning as the delivery date is not until Wednesday!!

No problems with the store and sales support, delivery was utter rubbish, wrong parts, two different colours and missing all metalwork for hinge mechanism. Its not rocket science, can your depot not check an order ... obviously not, I took a day off work, your depot staff are either incompetence or lack customer care, possibly even both, simply a shoddy level of service not that anybody appears to be bothered. Very poor show, unhappy customer, disappointed daughter and further inconvenience to come, with more potential for your uncaring team to make further mistakes.

I was not told prior to ordering my product that I had no cooling off period and I was unable to cancel my order. The in store staff were very unhelpful when I tried to cancel the order. The terms and conditions were not explained to me as I later found out they should of been. I have had to pay a £30 cancellation fee on a bed that I had to wait 4 weeks for.

Amrit the store manager was not patient with my queries and he certainly did not care about my needs. Amrit showed me a mattress on display which was meant to be similar to what I took home and it was not the same. My feet are literally hanging of the mattress I bought, not aligned wigh what he demonstrated. He was meant to call me to arrange a delivery slot and he never called me. I specified saturday as a delivery date and he suggested for the order to be placed first and the next day I visited the store to enquire about the delivery and his colleage stated that saturday delivery is not an option.

My situation changed & I did not want the bed anymore so they gave me customer service phone number. I rang customer services and told them I need to cancel & they said no you can't cancel it's in the terms and conditions. The store did not point this out when I was signing & now I'm lumbered with a bed I don't need. I am shocked that a company big as dreams that you won't give refunds. I will not shop at your stores again & will advise others including my family not to shop at your stores.
