Due to 6 week wait told cannot book delivery date. Yet I have had to pay for the goods in full and have no idea how long or when they will be delivered. In this case a minimum of deposit request should of been sort not full payment. There was no issue with staff member he was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Delivery wait is too long. Placed order on 7/8. Not getting delivery until 19/8. Also very unhappy with warranty for one year only.

On our arrival at the store there was 1 gentleman working. He did not approach us or offer any support, when we asked questions they were from a distance- he was sat at his desk and we were next to a bed in the store. He as neither energetic or keen to help us. We purchased an ex display bed which I was not keen on doing but he repeatedly encouraged us and my husband agreed, I accepted on the promise of a free mattress protector and pillows. When I got home and looked at our receipt I discovered he had in fact charged us for the free pillows and protector? I called the store when I arrived home and it took numerous times for the phone to be answered. When the phone was finally answered he stated we were able to come in and get some more pillows as the transaction had gone through already, I stated I would be in for a refund as that is completely within my rights.

I ordered a bunk bed in white but on checking the order noticed they had ordered me a grey one instead.luckily I saw this before delivery and informed them of their mistake.but then they changed the delivery date by over three weeks,

The man never asked if I wanted my old mattress taken away. He just printed the contract off and was like you don't want removal. I said yes I do, he couldn't update the order and so I now need to ring a number to amend. I am very annoyed!

Sales assistant "Mo" was quite short with his speech in the first instance. We can not believe in this day and age that you have to charge for delivery when most other stores wave this fee and we can't purchase a small item from the shop and pick it up to save on a separate delivery charge. Cost of the mattresses are extortionate!

Wasn't told that although delivery was nearly £40 for items bought in-store, it would have been free had we ordered on-line.

Spoke to Gary who gave us a printed quote of £549.00 with a discount of £27.00 on Tuesday 23rd October of the Brussel Bed to consider. On Wednesday we decided that we wanted to purchase this bed. So I phoned in to buy the bed over the telephone. The next day Thursday 25th October 24 hours later, after careful consideration i.e we were not sure if we would experience problems with the bonded leather, plus we did not get our 20% discount according to the media. I was told by, I believe Gary that I could not cancel the order, it was too late, and if I insisted he would hold back 25% of the cost of the bed which was £522 plus £40 Assembly charged. I am appalled, that a store like dreams would blackmail their customers. It is now 48 hours and I am still stuck with purchasing the bed.
