We were shocked at the price of delivery and the lack of choice to collect from the store for free. £39.99 for delivery or drive all the way to Birmingham to collect it ourselves, shocking. To add to it there are no signs or info around the store telling you about the delivery charge, so we didn't find out about the charge until we had already chosen the mattress.

1. I cannot say for certain how good the product is until I have received it, assembled it and used it. That won't happen for a couple of weeks. 2. There is not really a 'free' delivery option - better to say delivery is £ 40 ... end of.

I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for! After having bought 3 mattresses in 2 years (not from dreams) and my lower back still being in pain, I've now had to buy an incredibly high priced mattress :/ in the hope that this one will sort it out!

Came in to buy a bed for our son. Saw what we wanted asked if it was in stock and we told it was. Paid for said item and trollied it to the car. Got home took old bed down. Opened new bed to find it was not the one we wanted. Phoned shop they said the one we wanted they would have to order and this would take two weeks! and £39 for delivery charge? Boxed bed up took it back got refund.. No bed now. On the +side I bought a head board on the visit to return the bed.

Was told 2 weeks delivery until we had paid then told 5 to 6 weeks on delivery

Due to 6 week wait told cannot book delivery date. Yet I have had to pay for the goods in full and have no idea how long or when they will be delivered. In this case a minimum of deposit request should of been sort not full payment. There was no issue with staff member he was very polite, friendly and helpful.
