Dreams - Northampton

I visited this shop twice, 1st being only for a browse and I spoke with Colin who offerd good advice and took the time to explain and answer any question we had. The second time we came to the store was about a month after we also saw Colin who rememberd us from last time. He remembered what we liked and went all back thru each item again. We sealed the transaction. We are very pleased. ( delivery was the only issue being delayed and we have to wait 8 weeks. This is ashame)

Colin was very helpfull found what we wanted Thought delivery charge was a bit steep

The bedroom furnitire i purchased was not on display and not available for viewing before purchase.

There was not a sufficient display of headboards which is what we wanted to look at.

We went in knowing exactly what we required therefore could not rate highly satisfied as we were an easier customer.. We had to ask for help and were not greeted on entry to store

I found the store a bit dowdy and there didn't seem to be a lot of choice although the man that helped us was very efficient and helped us find the cheapest divan bed which is what we were looking for.

Delivery date was the only reason I have marked down slighty the experience overall was very good.

The person help me the look of the bed I was looking for .what with the choice of mattresses to choose from also help

Only not highly satisfied as no soft rated mattresses to try and have to wait 3 wks for delivery as bedstead is a new product.
