delivery date was to long and when it arrived it was put off again to be finally delivered a week later

Chantelle appeared to be a fairly new member of staff but at all times, she was friendly and able to help. A more senior member of staff was keeping an eye open to ensure that she did not get into any trouble but she did really well.

Shocked by the high prices despite an offer. Nevertheless, the sales person was extremely helpful.

Found the product straight away that I was looking and had assistance straight away. The price was good too.

We had visited the shop a week before and discussed the beds/prices we were interested in. Luckily I took a photo on my phone. The next week the beds had increased by £50 When we spoke to the manager and showed him the photo he honoured the price (as we were buying two beds). He didn't have too so very impressed with the customer service.

Until I receive the goods and have tried the bed out I cannot say whether I am highly satisfied or not. The salesman Gary was very helpful and polite. He was not pushy (something that would immediately put me off) but was able to answer any queries. What I was not happy about was the way the bill was laid out. The net price column does not show a total after all the items are listed. It only show a total price with items in the discount column. This is misleading, the total price should be shown before the discount which h is taken from the Discount column.

The staff member who served us was informative and friendly. He knew his product and was very helpful.

Reserving judgement until delivery made

Only one person in the store when I arrived.I thought the man involved with another customer should have at least acknowledged me and explained why there would be a wait.when a female assistant arrived -Tina- she was extremely helpful !

I find this question odd because we were highly satisfied to come away having ordered the mattress that we were looking for
