Not enough attention by your staff.

Hi, everything was more then good,the staff was really helpful and friendly. i was not Highly Satisfied beacuse i had to lay on a matress wich was not clean as it should be. Everything else was good.

I was very satisfied

Highly satisfied means a perfect score; nothing and nobody id that good

Salesman very kowledgeable and helpful without being pushy

We were quite pleased with the service we received, to be honest we were alone in the shop and therefore expected to get immediate attention. Having said that the salesman (Mo) was most helpful and showed us all the options to fit our requirement. We were offered Coffee/Tea etc. and made to feel most comfortable. We would certainly use Dreams again.

I believe the manager of the store was reluctant to offer me the same finance (0% over a period) as advertised on the website. It took me to persuade him to do so - he wanted a down payment that day.

Delivery charge should be waivered if paying for item in full - assistant could do nothing about it which I do not accept .

The attention of the staff was great but not intrusive we were allowed time to try out the beds whilst being given advice. The young man that served us was very polite and friendly.

Dirty mattresses on displays not very impressive
