Because that would be an unlikely achievement as all answers would have to be perfect and no shopping experience is perfect in my opinion

It is very difficult to put my finger on it but it was just this sense that my sale wasn't important to the salesman. I had to approach him first and he was only - just as helpful as he had to be - and nothing more. It's that feeling you get when someone looks at you and thinks "they can't afford our products". That's how I felt. However, in fairness to the salesman he was the only member of staff in the whole store which can't have helped. It didn't put me off Dreams as such because I feel a got a good price for a quality product but I wouldn't enthuse about the service.

The correct colour bed was in stock when we started the order process when the order was raised it was out of stock! Your team could not get the relevant information on delivery as it was then blocked. They rang several people but could not get any info we had to compromise on colour then this could be ordered but no delivery date due to no TV! Your team in the shop has now sorted the TV and a delivery date has been agreed. Allthough we have had to compromise on colour the service from the shop was exalant. Dreams computer system let's them downthrough lack of information

The mattress was described as medium but in reality is very soft. Contacted Tempur and they advise it is their softest mattress. We have to exchange it.

Sales Assistant was quite intrusive and did not take the hint to leave us in peace to talk and discuss the purchase. The Sales Assistant offered a free product with the purchase which was withdrawn when we decided to purchase the mattress. The Sales Assistant made general comments about the product we were interested in, but couldn't give specific details or information. E.g. "this mattress is medically proven"... but not how, or for what.

The service was excellent and the staff at the Northampton branch were excellent, the only reason we were not highly satisfied was because of the unknown delivery date

Not enough flexibility in pricing structure, mainly the discounts that were not available, lots of signs and marketing promoting big discounts but when sitting down there really was not.

Top salesman, not pushy and pointed to products in our price range. However, didn't make us aware we could have old mattress collected but other than that it was fine
