it was adequate, I don't expect extras tea, complimetary shoe shine etc that will only add to the price. I found just what we were looking for but if I had been able to find it online I would have hoped to pay less than we did.

Concerned by the no cancellation policy. At this point the mattresses have not been delivered, why could I not cancel the order at this stage if I changed my mind?

we asked for a takeaway mattress and were initially given the wrong product. This was rectified after we pointed it out luckily. Also delay at the till in producing a reciept. Not sure if it was an issue with the computer or the user.
