Just because the item we wanted to view wasn't stocked at the store

I was completely satisfied with everything just think that the same as advertised on the television is misleading

Order was placed for a line that was being cleared as ex display and therefore in stock. However delivery was not going to be for over 3 weeks. Assistant said he would try to change but nothing happened

Expecting more choices and better prices

Good product, well displayed, good staff member in Matt, who was very thorough

I was happy with the experience. The staff were courteous and provided coffee while we waited to process the order. We will have to wait a month to get our new mattress, a little longer than I expected.

The went in on Saturday and although it was a fairly difficult to find an available person to talk to Gary helped me, I went in the next day to order and saw Gary again who was helpful and friendly.

The assistant made a couple of errors when discussing our purchase. He told us that we could not change the opening side for the ottoman bed we chose and we nearly went to find a different product. He also told us the wrong price for assembly as he quoted for the none ottoman bed.

Not sure if the price on the invoice matched the price on the pricing we saw on display. The price on the display was not very clear, only when we went to pay was it explained, however the salesperson went through the pricing which helped us and we purchased.
