The order did take quite a while.

All I have received so far is an order / receipt form

The assistance and service was good. It was sufficient that we did not look elsewhere but it was not exceptional.

Bensons for beds cheaper for same product- price couldn’t be matched but brought from dreams anyway due to convenience

The bed online was not available to view in store Also there's a possibility that the frame and the mattress will be delivered separately

Delivery date agreed confirmed incorrectly. Had to call back and amend date to one originally agreed in store.

No problem at all with the help from the salesperson but had to wait a very long time for the order to be taken as there wasn't an available computer as another customer was causing a delay as they were trying to haggle with another salesman.

Barclays Bank finance asked whether I was self employed then proceeded to ask my employer details, I gave them my current contractee and they declined finance because they could not find me listed there - they wouldn’t I am self employed

We were close to highly satisfied but there was quite a long wait for the credit application to be approved. Gary was great in entertaining us in the meantime
