Highly satisfied is not a mark I would give usually as would have to be exception and difficult to grade buying a bed in this category

As the mattress has yet to be delivered I can’t answer the question

I wanted a Tempur Cloud mattress but delivery time was far too long so followed Gary’s advice and ordered a similar Hyde & Sleep mattress.

Really great customer service and that product seems okay. My delivery time is early December though which of course isn’t ideal. The guy did give me other options but I knew what I wanted!

Was originally looking for a black framed bed. There wasn't many to choose from

We were highly satisfied with the experience, our colleague John was brilliant in giving us all the options helping us find what we wanted. We are awaiting the delivery of the bedroom set, so can’t comment on the quality of those just yet.

The price we paid for the bed was very high in comparison to your competitors. Yes the quality was good but I don’t believe it was twice as good as the price suggested. There was no real negotiation permitted in the sale which was a bit disappointing given that we included additional extras such as sprung slats, warranty and installation.
