It was all I thought it would be. The price was a bit high but the experience was what I expected it to be. John, the assistant was very good and had very good knowledge.

Delivery time too long, also when ordering more then one item all items get delivered together at the latest available date even if other items arrive sooner. The only way around this is to do separate orders but then you would not qualify for any promotions such as discounts for buying items together. Delivery should happen as soon as each item is available. Had to wait an extra months for mattress whilst waiting for the bedframe to be available.

Long wait time for computer to become available to place order. Had my 18m old daughter with me who became quite irratable whilst waiting (10-15 mins)
