From the initial visit to the showroom we were greeted and treated with friendly professional sales team. Shani our sales assistant was extremely helpful as we were unsure exactly if our purchase would be showroom or internet purchase, due in part on budget. Shani was that helpful that we made a decision to purchase in store. Unfortunately we failed finance due to lack of information on our credit file. Because we were on a tight timescale we were not able to make a decision at that time. Having revisited the store we were again helped in our decision by Gary again a very helpful professional. We have now purchased and await delivery in the next few weeks . Again thank you Dreams for your patience and understanding in our buying process.

We were greeted upon arrival by Matt and offered the mattress test, then taken around to try out the mattresses and offered a water

It’s not an easy purchase to make buying a mattress, but the helpful staff made it easy.

Shani was really helpful after me and my partner was so undecided about the ottoman bed to purchase and after visiting the store for the 3rd time in the space of half hour after discussing it Shani helped so much with the bed and our order she was a joy and happy

I found my visit highly satisfactory in every aspect of my purchase the assistant was called little gary and his knowledge of the products was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and was very friendly he gave us lots of advice which led to us buying our mattress and cool pillow from your store.
