Everything I asked for was done no hassle at all

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. It was a quick and easy process, we asked what was available, we we're own products and once chosen we made payment. Our order was carried to our car by the assistant Amrit so we were very pleased with our shopping experience at dreams.

The salesman was polite, efficient, not pushy. I made it clear what was my budget , and he still managed to find me the best deal. He was also very kind and funny. A very pleasant experience . We even got a delicious cup of tea!

Quality of customer service was very very good without any undue pressure,the advice given was sound ensuring that no details were left unanswered.The range of products were very good and capable of meeting all needs.Special attention was given to the situation due to my wife having both hearing and physical problems without making a "big issue" of it We found that both the Management and store floor staff to be keen attentive and ready to meet our needs, we would not hesitate to recommend all,thanks.

We purchased a bed from Dreams in 2004 and required a new mattress for the base. We couldn't afford the same mattress as it was so expensive and we are now pensioners so we asked Mo the salesman for his help. He showed us various mattresses, explained the differences and suggested we tried them all to find the one best for our needs. Once the mattress was selected we asked about a fitted sheet as the mattress was very deep. He offered a sheet that was in the sale, pillow slips to match and a mattress protector, again a good price. He also suggested some Tempur pillows which we have purchased. He was very polite, offered us coffee or tea and made us smile. Lovely personality. All in all a very pleasant and professional experience.

I just like the fact that you're able to take hassle free time in the store knowing help and advice is at hand close by but not in your face trying to force a sale

Knowledge of mattress

We found Amrit the assistant to be incredibly helpful and understanding of our needs and budget. He did not try to over sell things to us, so it put our minds at ease and made us trust him, we felt comfortable enough to make a purchase. We felt understood by Amrit, he was a great salesman!
