We were warmly greeted on entering the store by Colin who asked if we needed assistance. He then directed us to the beds available in 6' and left us to browse. He returned to answer our specific questions and we very quickly found the right bed and mattress. While we were finalising our purchase we were offered a cup of coffee which was gratefully received as I was suffering with a bad cough. We were also impressed with the fact Dreams offer a service to take the old bed away which we were happy to pay a charge for. We were then given a delivery date for our purchase which was then confirmed by email. All in all a very pleasurable and stress free purchase. Thank you Colin and Dreams.

We were very pleased with the knowledge of the staff and they were extremely helpful in helping us find the right mattress when we had no idea what were looking for.

When we entered the store we were approached by Amrit and he asked us if we needed assistance, we explained what we were looking for and he provided advice and guidance as to where we could find it in store. At that point he left us to browse. At no point did we feel hounded by a salesperson, which meant a great deal to us as we had already been to a competitors shop where we were hounded the minute we walked in the door, this did nothing but make us leave and venture into Northampton Dreams store. Amrit was really pleasant without being pushy, made us a cup of coffee whist we sorted out our purchase and in general made the whole experience much nicer, so much so we ended up buying a new bed as opposed to a bedhead !!
