Member of staff very helpful in explaining the product we were purchasing, and their assistance.

We went in to purchase a mattress and ended up with a bed and four expensive pillows. I was disappointed there was no wiggle room on freebies re the money we spent. However, we cannot fault Mo. He listened, he paid attention and he didn't pressure. We are the type of people that having dealt with the manager previously - who was too pressurising and headstrong left. Mo was flexible, friendly an informative. We are now awaiting delivery - for which we have a date already of our dream bed - no pun intended and we are confident it will last us a long time.

The salesman was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to us and took notice of what we said. He offered extra services and products such as extended guarantees but wasn't at all pushy or aggressive.

The salesman was thorough and to the point, did not go into so much depth, as to leaving you confused, and was at hand, but not in your face. No pressure, no badgering.
