Friendly and helpful staff listened to our needs and gave appropriate help

This was my first time buying a bed by myself, a double bed at that, I didn't have a clue what I was looking for, but I was so kindly greeted and assisted as I tried bed after bed for comfort and kept on changing my bed about the bed frame and never once was the worker moody or stressy towards me, they were so attentive and understanding of my needs, the knowledge about the mattress and bed frames was amazing and they were so kind and constantly smiling and reassuring me that I could take as long as I liked. I've never been so happy and comfortable when purchasing an item, I didn't feel pressurised or rushed.

The sales assistant was very friendly, knew all about the products and knew when to leave us alone to make our decision. Talked us through every step and cost and the service to take away our old bed is great, also knowing that our new bed will be made up for us. We would definitely recommend you to others.

It was easy to find the bed that we were interested in. The sales assistant was extremely polite and helpful, even offering us a hot drink! We didn't feel rushed into making a decision and we were given lots of information about the product.
