Gemma greeted us with a big smile and helped us decide very pleasantly and informatively.

Excellent customer service listening to what I required. Discussed all the options available, but no pressure to go with any of them. My decision. Absolutely fantastic :)

The staff were friendly but not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and didn't push us for products we didn't need he was quick at processing our order all was completed within 30 mins, me and the wife were very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend to others.

I was served by Colin at Dreams Northampton. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. He showed me around the store and was very knowledgable. He spent plenty of time with me, but did not rush me into making a decision. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much for the time and advice. I look forward to my new mattress!

I walked into the shop and couldnt immediately find what I was looking for, the assistant came over and helped, listened to what I wanted and showed me the bed I was looking for.

Greeted with a smile and offered a drink. The sales assistance, Gemma, had the correct mix between between being on hand to answer questions and leaving us alone to look around and discuss between ourselves.

I had time to look before a salesman approached. The salesman could explain everything I needed to know. The purchasing was quick and easy.

We were greeted straight away by someone (Amrit) who helped us with finding the bed, he also talked to us about the different firmness the bed has and what it contains and about the bed overall. We were also asked if we would liked something to drink (a coffee or water etc.)

I met Amrit who was so helpful right from the beginning.He took his time to explain to me all I needed to know before I arrived at a conclusion .As the explanation was so professional, I was so clear I was at right place so I quickly made my decision to go through the purchase process immediately .I have never regretted taking that decision and I am really satisfied with all the transactions.
