The bed we wanted was available and a well mannered and helpful salesman checked the draw dimensions for us prior to purchase. There was no long winded process needed at payment and we got to choose the delivery date to fit round our busy schedules.

Friendly service remembered me from day before, new exackly what I wanted impressed not too pushy in sales pitch but very helpful without being over the top. Good Experince and the coffee was good. Excellence customer service well done from two satisfied customers.

I wanted to buy a mattress that was in your sale. The item was on display for me to view and try for comfort and the sales assistant approached us straight away to answer any enquiries I had. The sale and delivery process was very quick and straight forward and I now look forward to receiving my mattress and enjoying a comfortable nights sleep.

very friendly staff, helped me find the bed and mattress i was looking for whilst sticking to my budget. when ordering my bed i was shocked when they said delivery in 1 week!!! amazing!!! shall come back to dreams and recommend them to friends and family.
