went to three stores and found a pleasant experience

Amrit was very helpful in placing my order in a timely manner. I had visited store over the weekend and decided on the product already and todays visit was to place the order and discuss delivery time. This is due to obtaining my first house and Amrit advised that the bed will be ready when we are which is very reassuring.

To be left to wander around freely till I needed assistance. I support this Policy very strongly. The knowledge and advise available. The offer of refreshments to my wife and myself. We were very pleased that we were looked after satisfactorily by Amrit.

Very pleasant experience. Nice lad served us, was polite, knowledgeable but not over the top. He put our minds at rest about what would happen if we weren't happy with the comfort of our new mattress. Came away happy that we had made the right purchase. Hoping the delivery will be as efficient.

the staff were great all around

As we had the intention of buying a bed , and hope that this new bed will survive as long as our last one.We were approached by Colin who guided us through the things we wanted to know,he told us of the various descriptions of the products and most of all he was not at all pushy. We made a decision about the bed we wanted within 10 minutes and then went to do the order. Very friendly atmosphere. Both consultants thanked us on the way out.
