Needed help and guidance to choose a TV Bed.

The assistant was helpful but not intrusive; he left us alone when we intimated that this was what we wanted. He was knowledgable and was able to guide us to what we ultimately purchased. We were not left waiting around. We were also pretty impressed with the quick delivery (but not the charges!)

Me and my family were made very welcome. I was buying three beds and this was a big decision but i was never rushed and was able to keep going back trying different combinations. Plus I liked the personal touch informing me that I could him back anytime.

Shopping with children's beds can be tricky but Gemma was very friendly and professional helping us with the options. We placed an order after browsing and ordering seemed straightforward enough. My son tested his new bed quite a lot and the staff didn't mind at all. It was a warm sunny day so we appreciated the drinks we received whilst doing the paperwork!

From the moment we stepped through the door we had excellent service from very friendly staff. They helped us in our choice of mattress and bedroom furniture and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this store
