The store was set out well. The products were explained well by Colin, who assisted us well and was patient whilst we made our mind up. There was no pushy sales tactics. overall an excellent experience.

The idea of the pod to experience the tempur mattress was excellent, & private & Gemma was very helpful I was please that I was her first tempur sale

Went in to the store to shopfor double bed the bedwas not in the shop but a welcoming ladyname Gemma came forward for help she found it online what iamlooking for then she had agood information about allthe products prices and comfort so i am highly stasified for her services she offered us tea and coffee !!

The staff, Gemma especially, we're all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel at any time as if they were pushing for a sale, but that they were concerned with ensuring I was aware of all the bed and mattress options to get the right ones for me

Amrit in the Northampton was very helpful in assisting up to find the right mattress, he let us choose what was right rather than pressuring us into buying. We were very happy with the service we received.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Amrit took me to the screen to identify the bed I had seen on line as I couldn't remember the name. He then offered me a drink which he went off to make. I was impressed because it wasn't from a machine. We discussed the options of bed and headboard, unfortunately you don't do it in a deep purple which would have matched my bedroom. Amrit took time to explain the various costs and checked that I understood. Overall I was pleased and satisfied with the service provided. I haven't received my bed yet so can't comment on the product.

I loved the fact the sales man interacted with my 2 year old - giving him a balloon, talking to him, letting him run up and down the shop without making me feel like a bad parent. He was very helpful and I was very pleased with everything that I brought. This is my second visit to dreams - first time didn't order anything as sales rep was very rude, basically telling me to leave the shop as soon as I walked in because I wouldn't buy anything straight away. This time I wasn't rushed or felt pressured into anything. Very lovely gentleman and a credit to the Northampton store
