Shai was very helpful and made the whole process much easier. We were planning to shop around but we had such a great experience we brought a bed there and then.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Charlie, who was very friendly. He was very knowledgable and was invaluable in helping us choose the right mattress for us. I hate shopping but Charlie made the whole process painless and, almost, enjoyable!

The person who was helping was extremely friendly and polite. We use the machine to work out what type of firmness of the bed I required would be. You was quite willing to put up with my inconsistencies on trying to work out which of the mattresses and pillows I wanted.
