We found the Assistant Gemma to be very helpful and pleasant at the Northampton branch of Dreams.

We had the store to ourselves as the purchase was made the day after the bank holiday sale. The manager was very helpful & explained the difference between the tempur beds & a sprung mattress also the fact that we must get used to the new bed as it takes time to adjust.

The Sales Assistant, Gemma, knew the products was extremely and very pleasant and easy to deal. Keep her she is a gem (no pun intended). We bought your product because of her knowledge and helpfulness.

There was a large number of beds to try, we explained our needs to an assistant who directed us to beds that may be of interest. They were helpful and explained the colour coding of the products for sale. We had previously been to another bed store, but at Dreams the customer service was excellent, so it was there that we made our purchase and did not return to the other store. The delivery was within the time given - in fact a little early and the guys were quick and efficient in removing our old mattress and even took the new one upstairs to the bedroom. Our new mattress is very comfortable and my husband bought a Therapur Actigel pillow from Dreams which has greatly improved his existing neck and back problems. Overall we are very happy with Dreams and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

We have paid numerous visits to the store over the past few weeks, having made comparisons to other stores and on each occasion we were received with great attentiveness and all question and queries were answered to our full satisfaction in helping us to arrive at a decision as to what we were looking for. As I am a retailer myself and deal with people on daily basis, you sometimes feel fatigued when no progress is made after several visits by the same customer. But at no stage did we fell this at all with Gemma, Amrit and Collin, especially with Gemma who dealt with us on numerous occasions so full credit to the company for employing good staff.

We have bought 3 beds from Dreams in the past and have been entirely satisfied. Also our children have bought beds from Dreams recently. It was therefore a "no brainer" for us that when we needed to renew a bed that we returned to Dreams. The competition didn't come into it! Amrit at the Northampton store was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable and calmly helped us decide what fitted our requirements. His good humour throughout the purchase on what was a busy time and day was greatly appreciated and was a major factor in helping us make our decision. Dealing with Amrit was a pleasure and we will continue to recommend Dreams wherever possible.

Always helpful without being too pushy. Clean nicely laid out store. Only one slight niggle. You do not have a piece of every type of bedroom furniture. It would have been nice to see at least one item of each as a catalogue just doesn't cut it for me.
