Colin,our sales assistant, was very friendly and not overly pushy in any way. He was very patient with us and really helped us decide which mattress to purchase. Getting the order processed and interest free finance sorted was very quick and efficient. Overall very good experience.

Upon entering the shop staff instantly noticed us and asked if we needed assistance. I replied that we were just looking to which they responded to just let them know if we needed any help. Me and my wife then looked at what we were interested in without any pressure from staff. As soon as I needed help it was given politely and curtiously. The staff member gave impartial advice and at no point did I feel pressured to buy. The sale experience was smooth and swift and enjoyable. I received a first class experience from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left. I have also recieved email and text updates regarding my purchase. I am a very happy customer who will recommend Dreams at every opportunity.
