The customer service was very efficient. Based on Colin's experience he understood exactly what we were looking for and made relevant suggestions. He was not overly forward in his dealing with us and for that we commend him.

Colin spent time with us a week prior to us coming in today to purchase the items. He was very friendly and gave us a lot of personal advice.

The manager who served us was extremely polite, friendly and efficient. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a number of different products which would meet our needs. He then advised us based on feedback which we provided to him. He was not pushing us hard but allowed us the time to make a decision ourselves based on our requirements and his knowledge of what would meet our needs. Altogether this was a very pleasant experience.
