The customer service was very good from the gentleman serving us. We couldn't get our selected mattress due to it not being in stock until the end of January, however we upgraded to a better one for £50 extra

The salesman who helped me with my order, was friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable in the products. When I asked if he was able to offer a slight discount for a multiple purchase, upon checking, he was able to confirm this. The delivery date was more extended than I would have liked, but this may be due to the Christmas period.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and professional and gave goud sound advise. For a non tea drinker also makes a great cup of tea. We will certainly be purchasing another new bed in the new year. Thank you

After visiting another store in Norwich and being told the bed I wanted was discontinued I was very pleased to find this was not the case as the bed purchased was the particular one my wife had fallen in love with. The information given at the other store was not as good as what Colin told us and he was very knowledgeable to our needs and the product we wanted. He also made a great cup of tea for us whilst arranging the payment.

Colin our Salesman was both knowledgable and helpful. He made the whole process of purchase easy and simple. Told me I could claim vat relief as am disabled and that we could get the 8 year insurance for a one off payment. He wasn't pushy at all which some can be at times. Thanls to Gary we also had a lovely cup of coffee. All told we enjoyed the whole process. (except obviously for parting with the money). We were even fairly pleased with the price we paid, and what we got for the amount we spent
