It was a pleasant experience. The Sales Rep, Colin, after hearing what we needed showed us a product that fitted the bill. He also showed us other products, but the first one we saw was the one we went for. A "painless" pleasant experience all round.

My wife and I were in Store and viewing various double divan beds fora few minutes when Gary approached us to see if we needed help....he proved to be very knowledgable and helpful in terms of product availability and suitability to our requirements......so much so that we ordered a Super Double divan and various sheets,pillows and a duvet to suite the larger bed. Gary discussed appropriate colours and materials and our order was placed on line with delivery and collection of our old bed on a convenient date a few weeks ahead.The device was excellent.
