Me and my wife was looking for a extremely comfortable but supported mattress the store manager (ammit) who delt with us in the northampton nene valley retail park was extremely helpful he went through all the different ranges of a memory foam mattresses give us time to test them out and in my opinion he could not have done a better job in professionalism as well is relaying information we walked away extremely satisfied and happy with the visit and definitely would return for future purchases.

The Shop assistant, Tina, was very courteous and knew the product range to be able to help us make a decision. All very good.

Customer service was the best, attentive and concerned with helping us find exactly what we needed. The sales process was speedy and easy. We haven't taken delivery of the goods yet so I can't comment further

Fast, efficient service

I didn't originally walk in the shop to make a purchase but after speaking to your salesman and the persistence from my other half i quickly got my head around getting a new bed. I am really happy with my purchase and can't wait for it to arrive now so i can get a good night sleep.

We were very happy with the service from Amrit the store manager at Northampton store, he took the time to explain to us about the mattress as we weren't sure which one to go for, we had great customer service being offered a hot drink and he even took the time to move the mattress to the bedframe so we were certain on our decision. We went through the finance without a problem, all explained very clearly and doubled checked we understood, would highly recommend in future, now looking forward to getting our new bed

Found the colour coded beds easy to understand. The staff were very friendly and not pushy. Our order was taken by Colin who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Our order was processed very quickly and we are looking forward to it being delivered.
