I found the store assistants/deputy manager extremely friendly and helpful and not pushy in any way

Previous experience of quality and dependability of product. Also previous experience of service from Dreams was good. Although we understand that the original company Dreams was taken over two years ago the quality and service remain good, if anything improved .

i was very pleased at the service i recieved it was quick and a good experience on something you dont do often the sales assistant was very helpfull on which beds would be good for my need at the right price

The assistant Colin, seemed to know when to be with us for information and when to step back so we could make our decision. on placing the order he made it very easy and explained everything.

We needed a new mattress the sales assistant took his time to explain all the different types available we did not feel rushed to make a decision at all.
