We dealt with Amrot at the nene valley retail park store in northampton. He was very friendly, asked if we needed assistance upon entry and we said we were just looking to start with. My partner and i sat on a few beds to see what the mattresses were like, Amrit came over and asked if everything was okay. We asked him a few questions and told him we had quite a strict budget and he helped us amazingly. He pointed out a few mattresses that were in our price range and said we could lay on the bed to see how it felt so we chose the mattress that we had both agreed on, this is our first time buying a brand new bed so whole new experience to us. We told Amrit our recommendations and he helped us accordingly. We were offered a tea or coffee as we sat down to discuss payment ect, he was very friendly and very helpful! He explained the terms and conditions simply, and made everything run as smoothly as possible. You have a fantastic team member on board at your northampton store, you should be proud :)

Staff in store were very helpful, friendly, informative. The delivery guys were great. I missed their calls and they still delivered the same day in really quick time. The quality of the mattress is great and the price I paid for it, am pleased with the discount available at time of purchase.
