I was very pleased with the service from the assistant from the moment I walked in .I think his name is gary he was very helpful and showed me a few of the product I was after

We got the mattress we wanted and although it wasn't in the sale we got a very reasonable arrangement of the extra costs. Tina was very helpful and answered all our questions and we are very satisfied with her service.

When we entered the store we were greeted with a hello from Tina and then left to browse, Tina then asked if we would like any information or help with choosing the new mattress we were looking for,Tina was most helpful and we went away feeling we had purchased the right mattress for us.

We found Colin the store assistant very helpful and professional. He gave us great information helping us to find a mattress and bed that met our needs.

I knew I wanted a natural filled mattress, so the assistance guided me to four beds and when I had chosen the one for me I needed to feel the firmness on a different base. So the assistant moved the mattress by himself to let me try it on a slatted base. Then I only had half an hour to buy it and get on my way. Which he got all the paper work done in time.

We had previously visited Benson and left there feeling as if they were not interested in us. We then drove to dreams where were we had purchased a bed from 9 years ago, and it was so easy to work out what we wanted. Gary filled us with such confidence and with his knowledge it made it easy to find the bed we needed to help with a bad back. The service was not pushy and Gary made time for us.

The salesman put us under no pressure to buy , which I like and he was very helpful,he explained everything about the delivery and having the mattress taken away.

We had the full attention of 2 store attendants, as one had to service another customer's needs while we discussed the purchase. Both of these staff were knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful in getting us to make a decision on which bed and mattress to purchase. Store is attractively laid out and your products presented well. Very good experience with your staff and visiting your store. Amrit and Colin looked after our needs very well.
