We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and your colleague Matt introduced himself. As we were interested in purchasing a new mattress he showed us your Sleepmatch technology which was very useful. He then guided us round the store and allowed us to try the mattresses recommended for us by Sleepmatch, with our pillows he supplied. Once we had made a decision he efficiently led us through the buying process. In all a painless operation.

Shani was extremely helpful and pleasant. Lovely attitude towards customer needs. I would highly recommend Shani for promotion as she was so attentive and understood my needs exactly. She was also extremely efficient at the documentation process.

Shani was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both Shani and little Gary helped us pick the right mattress for us. We had a very lively 1 year old with us and they did not make us feel uncomfortable at all about him being loud and excited.

Shani was super helpful and very efficient. She listened to exactly what I needed, and helped me find the perfect mattress for me. Shani was really friendly, made us feel welcome, and was professional throughout. After visiting Benson for Beds and having the store assistant only speak to my partner (despite me being the one that asked the questions), I wasn't in the best of moods for more bed shopping, but Shani couldn't have been more different!

Charlie had noticed he had missed the ottoman option from the order, so called me and we got it resolved with the same delivery day
