The Shop manager, Amrit, was very helpful and helped us make the right decision for us. very professional!!!

We received assistance from Gary who was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy!! We explained what type of mattress we required and he help guide us through the purchase and opened our minds to mattresses we may not have looked at but with Gary's help and experience it made choosing our mattress a lot easier than we initially thought it would be

As we were spending a large amount of money we wanted to make sure we went to the right place, we visited the Dreams store 3 times, each time we were greeted with friendly professional staff, they helped us find what we were looking for, advised us on price, they knew the products well and they were not pushy in any way. We went to other stores (not dreams) where the staff wouldn't leave us alone and we didn't get to try any of the mattresses we wanted to and that were within our price range because the ones we wanted were wrong in their eye. Tina and Gary at your St James store in Northampton were the complete opposite, there was no forceful selling, their knowledge filled us with the confidence we wanted and we felt no pressure to purchase the mattress from them. It was refreshing to find staff like this. they listened to what we wanted showed us the mattress we wanted to see and helped us understand the differences between the different types. Overall a fantastic shopping experience and these two members of staff are a credit to the Dreams brand. Thank you.
