We were served by 2 members of staff with very good interpersonal skills the enviroment was perfect, meet and greet appropriate, no pressure sales, the staff were very informative and pleasant, the whole shopping experiance was pleasant.

We were treated with courtesy and patience, my husband, who is 87 and unwell was seated and give a cup of coffee with thoughtfulness. I appreciated being able to park very closely to the entrance. The bed was delivered today as ordered and erected in place by two pleasant and efficient young men. Well done!

Walked in and was approached by Colin, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He helped cover every question and concern we had. The only downside to this experience was waiting for Barclays partner finance to give a decision on the interest free credit.
