Dreams - Northampton

When we entered the store we queried where the beds were that Premier Inn use and we were taken straight to the area - we weren't impressed with how soft the bed was and we were then taken to another area where we made out choice. We were listened to and advised and did not feel harrassed or hurried.

Our customer advisor Amlit was very helpful by showing us a variety of mattresses that would meet our needs and budget as we had already chosen a bed frame.

Wonderful to find beds that were harder one side than the other. Ability to lie down on the beds to really feel them. Ability to try different hardness and softness from one bed to another. A most helpful salesman woth very good knowledge of the products.

The lady was helpful and made it less stressful with our children being there,she gave us a few bargains as well :)

Tina, your assistant was extremely helpful and showed great product knowledge and a full understanding of our requirements. Unlike some assistants at other stores, she was not too pushy.

Only the manager was viable in store, Amrit. He greeted me upon arrival asking if he could help. He then took time to find out what we were looking for and then showed us the types of beds we were looking for. He then showed us two types of mattresses in my price range, not giving any indication of price until I had tried them in order for me to make an informed decision. He allowed me as much time as I needed and did not try and sway me either way. The paying process was quick and did not take up much time. I would certainly recommend dreams
