Your sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. She spent as much time with us as we needed, but was not pushy. Made the whole experience pain free. I wasn't even intending on buying a new mattress! I would definitely return to your Northampton store next time I need a bed or mattress.

Our customer advisor Amlit was very helpful by showing us a variety of mattresses that would meet our needs and budget as we had already chosen a bed frame.

Wonderful to find beds that were harder one side than the other. Ability to lie down on the beds to really feel them. Ability to try different hardness and softness from one bed to another. A most helpful salesman woth very good knowledge of the products.

The lady was helpful and made it less stressful with our children being there,she gave us a few bargains as well :)

Only the manager was viable in store, Amrit. He greeted me upon arrival asking if he could help. He then took time to find out what we were looking for and then showed us the types of beds we were looking for. He then showed us two types of mattresses in my price range, not giving any indication of price until I had tried them in order for me to make an informed decision. He allowed me as much time as I needed and did not try and sway me either way. The paying process was quick and did not take up much time. I would certainly recommend dreams
