Dreams - Northampton

This was my first visit to dreams and first purchase of beds for my new property, i found the staff very helpful and polite and a huge help in choosing the right beds for my daughters, i didnt once feel pressured at all in my purchase as i had previously in other bed shops. I would definately purchase again for my husband and i. I would also highly recommend to friends and family. I am very satisfied with the dreams store and will be back again. Thankyou

I felt that I was welcomed into the store, asked what I was looking for and had everything explained to me as to the type of mattress I wanted. I found the colour coding very helpful and made my time looking for a particular mattress a lot easier. The assistant Colin was most helpful and not at all pushy ( which is what I hate when I'm shopping) but he made the whole experience very pleasurable. Hence why I gave a highly satisfied all through because I was.

We were looking for a single bed for my son and the assistant (Gary) was very helpful didn't push us towards any bed particular so we felt we could choose our own he was very help and friendly and sort it all out very quickly.

Been looking for a single bed and Dreams had just what we wanted. Right size for bed and headboard.

When we entered the store we queried where the beds were that Premier Inn use and we were taken straight to the area - we weren't impressed with how soft the bed was and we were then taken to another area where we made out choice. We were listened to and advised and did not feel harrassed or hurried.
