We were highly satisfied with the salesman as he was very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly

I was talked through and shown different beds. Till I gained understanding. Then I was told about different mattresses. Then by testing, seeing first hand how comfortable each one was. Then thinking about my budget and how far I could stretch to personalise my bed. The knowledge Roger had when talking me through my purchase was excellent. What seemed like a daunting task, soon seemed possible. I was made to feel confident, relaxed and totally reassured that I had selected the correct product for me. Thanks.

The visit exceeded our expectations in every category which surprised us! Expecting a large bedding retailer to be just run of the mill! Even offered a cup of tea!

We were greeted in a very friendly manner by the assistant, Roger but he was not too pushy. He explained what would be suitable after listening to our needs very carefully. He was friendly at all times and he gave us the opportunity to save on some special offers. Again, he would not have minded if we had refused the offers. The whole visit did not take too long. It was just right. Thanks very much for an excellent service.

A friendly welcome no hard selling all questions answered with satisfaction both sales men very helpful, would go back again and would tell friends if they need a bed go to dreams. I looked at two other shops first but they were off hand or pushy not my idea of selling.
