i like to get a discount when i can the assistant couldnt move on the price of the bed but gave us free delivery and free pillows which i thought was excellent the store was well laid out and we could try the mattreses which is important the range of beds was very good we wanted storage underneath the bed which we found easily overall excellent range of beds and headboards with good range of fabrics all in all 10 out of ten

just received a courteous but non pushy service I was asked if I would like to upgrade the mattress Salesman was just helpful and seemed pleasant

I was highly satisfied with the store, the choice/range of mattresses, the overall experience was a very good one and the gentleman who served us was very good . I just felt sorry for him as it was very hot and there's no air conditioning in your store.

Quick and easy. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly but not at all pushy. A few simple questions and he honed in on what I needed.

All I can say is that I am very impressed with the service and quality of the goods and would be happy to go back again.

We'd come to dreams after looking in Matressman. Within a minute, Mo came over and asked if we needed help and we asked him to point out the 'extra firm' beds. We asked if Matressman had affected their business, quick as a flash Mo replied business hadn't really been affected as people are aware of the quality of the Dreams brand. Mo was so helpful, so professional, dressed very smart, and in my honest opinion is one of the nicest and friendliest salesman I have ever had the pleasure Of dealing with. I only hope our £1300 mattress matches The high expectation Mo has set! Thank you for making mattress buying so easy Mo - you are a credit to Dreams.
