Roger assisted us & gave us lovely pillows to try out the beds. He gave us plenty of information & left us alone to consider but kept returning to check we were ok throughout our visit.

Chantelle who assisted me in Northampton, knew exactly what I was looking for, I have to say I thought it was going to be a lot of hassle sitting on lots of beds trying to find a suitable one for comfort and price for my spare room, so I was thrilled when it was easy

I carried out my research online and then went straight to the store , I was lucky as I was assisted almost straight away and for me that was important , they were very helpful and happy, and I enjoyed my shopping experiences. I look forward to trying out my new bed when it arrives and I also do not have to wait that long ..bonus !!

Excellent customer service

We were promptly attended to by Mo who listened to our requirements and offered a range of beds. He persuaded us to pay a little more than we intended by explaining the quality of the bed we bought. He was very friendly, too.
