The bed was amazing in the trial pod and to be greeted with such kindness and helpfulness made the purchase an easy choice. Was an amazing opportunity to lay in the pod and get the full experience of the bed, this sold it to us. Once we had laid on this no other bed compared X

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Roger was such a pleasure to deal with. There was plenty of room to manoeuvre my wheelchair and there was no pushing it rushing us. We were listened to and given so much information and help as we did not know what we wanted but we knew that because of me recently becoming disabled due to an accident we needed a different bed that was more beneficial to me yet fulfilling my husbands needs to and that can be quite a hard task. Roger took my disability into account and made sure that i was ok and went at a pace I could cope with when trying the beds. We were so impressed by Roger that when we went to lunch after we visited another well known bed store and had such pushy, inconsiderate service we came straight back afterwards to see Roger who recapped everything for us and we paid there and then, we were even given a delivery date later on the same week.

The man in the shop was very helpful and full of knowledge. We ordered very quickly and it was delivered within a few days.

We were welcomed into the store as soon as we crossed the threshold. Roger took an interest in our needs and what we were looking for not being pushy but guiding us to making the right choice. He introduced us to additional products such as pillows in line with the needs that we discussed and he even watched over our 19month old son to make sure he wasn't up to mischief so we were free to make a decision without distractions. We were also made a lovely cup of tea along with the exceptionally friendly service. I myself work in customer service and if one of my team served their customers the way we were served I would be one happy manager.

The assistant observed whilst we tested. Then noticed when we did require assistance and could discuss the varied bed that we tested and on that pattern could suggest other beds to trial. He gave us enough space to go through with out the persistent sale patter. This was very refreshing.

Amrit was extremely helpful on helping me decide which mattress would suit me best. Also explaining The various products available. I had spent a considerable time going to various stores however the Service I received persuaded me to buy from dreams.
