Dreams - Northampton

Matt was super personable and attentive when we've walked into the store. He recommended us to use the Sleepmatch to analyze what's good for us, then he recommended mattress that suit us spot on. He was attentive to our budget constraint and still gave us a lot of mattress options. There were zero hard selling, and just constructive opinion on what we should choose to get comfy! Thanks a lot Matt!

Lovely stuff in the store, definitely knowing about production. Top quality for good price, loads of options and benefits. Just delivery in my case took to long.

Greeted as we walked in a quick chat to understand what we required, everything was explained to us. We were put on the mattress machine and went from there - excellant service with everything explained as we tried the different mattresses.

I was impressed by the machine that helped to identify mattresses suited to my needs. I was also very impressed with customer service which was friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy or hard sell, which would have completely put me off!

I went into dreams only knowing I needed a new mattress. I had no ides of brand, style I wanted or needed. The assistant explained to me about the technology dreams had and gave me my top 3 recommendations. Unfortunately these where over my budget so the assistant recommended some cheaper ones. It was then i found my perfect mattress. I was then told dreams could deliver within 1 week.... I was expecting maybe a 8 week wait but no

Service good

I was seen straight away shown various mattresses I was asked to try the bed tester and was given a pillow to test the mattresses. I was offered a drink and told about all the offers that were on.

Charlie was friendly and very helpful from start to finish. The fact that Dreams can be so flexible with the delivery date was overwhelmingly the factor behind us making a purchase. We had been elsewhere to look at beds, and they couldn’t help us with our delivery date. We’re moving in October but our completion date is not yet known, and this was not a problem for Dreams.

The customer service we received from Shani(not sure if I spelled that right) In the Northampton store was simply amazing, faultless and a breath of fresh air. She had a natural air about her and really knew her products. Never applied pressure to us once and was always on hand to answer our questions. Quite simply it was second to none and it made our decision easy. After her service, there was nowhere else I and my girlfriend would have made a purchase. If I had a business that involved customer service I would have come back and offered her a job, no doubt about that. Added to that the fellow sales consultant in the store was equally supportive and helpful I hope this feedback reaches her as she is an asset to the company

Excellent service from Gary. He knew what he was doing. Made it very easy to make quick decisions on what I wanted.
