we were served by roger validation code 910 he showed us all different sorts of mattresses where we had a try out of each we were offered tea or coffee when we decided which one we wanted order and delivery was all sorted all in all a very relaxing experience

A lot of advice was given on what mattress to buy, everything was explained and the delivery is fast.

This was the first of three stores we intended to visit to compare quality/prices of beds. The assistant in the store was extremely polite and helpful and understood our needs immediately, leading us to the correct area of the store and setting us up with a video of the bed's capabilities. We were so impressed with the whole experience that we placed our order there and then without visiting any of the other stores as we had intended to do.

We were looking for a bed for our son who has Park in sons Disease. Your store assistant Roger's fatherin law has the disease, so Roger was very understanding and patient. We were therefore highly satisfied and did not look any where else.
