The man who served me was helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

Chantelle was very helpful. We thought we had found the bed we liked but she advised us try one more. She was right it was better. She had amazing product knowledge giving us pillows to suit our needs. She made us feel comfortable even when laying on a bed having a conversation which was great. This is the second time we have used your company because of the quality of your beds.

Offered assistance or to be left alone to browse. When we were ready had the basics explained and then invited to test the beds reaching a decision based on the feel We were offered Tea and or Coffee. The manager Amrit answered all our questions took the order and we paid using two credit cards then arranged delivery date. The manager was good humoured and made parting with a large sum of money faurly painless.

Amrit the Store Manager greeted me as I came through the door and immediately offered me tea or coffee. He discussed in detail my requirements. He then showed me beds which met my criteria and allowed me time to try each of his suggestions, together with a pillow, and when I had made my decision asked me why I had made that choice. Whilst completing my purchase I was served with a fresh made cup of coffee. This experience was great after having visited another store earlier where nobody even came to ask what I was looking for.

Chantelle was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. We were quickly put at ease about laying there talking. We were offered refreshments and finding our sleeping preferences we were brought pillows and she explained the differences. We were only shown mattresses that suited us so no time wasting and then the price clinched the deal.

we were served very quickly and very efficiently. it was delivered when it was convenient for us. we thought the price for delivery was expensive ( £39 ) we live about 4 miles away.

When I walked in I was greeted by Roger. I told him what I was looking for. He show me my options. He had a good knowledge of the stock. Told me about all the offers. Offered me a drink. Went through the costs of and finance options. Overall friend and very helpful.
