Dreams - Northampton

From entering the store we were greeted by a friendly face and a pleasant atmosphere. The sales man directed immediately to the type of bed we wanted,then helped us select the best choice for us.

We visited the Dreams store in Northampton and i was very impressed by the help and level of care we recieved. We were seen too by Chantelle and she was brilliant. She helpped picking a mattress and helpped us decide on a frame also. She offered us Tea and coffee which was a lovely. I thought it would be a stress buying a new bed but she made it so easy for us.

I made two visits to the store. The first was to get an idea of offers and prices the second to place my order. On both occasions the level of customer care was 100%. Also product knowledge was of a very high standard.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, the courtesy and friendliness of the salesman. He was very informative and also very patient, as we did take a while to decide exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I would certainly recommend this store to anyone. This is the first time that I have shopped in Dreams and I can assure you that it will not be the last. Many thanks.
