Everything was great on the day, and we were offered a free pillow, free recycling of our old mattress and £20 off a mattress protector, totalling in £146.97. We were told this would show as coming off the mattress on the invoice, but still were told, several times that any difference in price of the actual mattress (£2239) found elsewhere would be refunded. The mattress came up as £2075 on the feather and black website. When we discussed this with the salesperson, he said he had discounted the mattress, but this was not how the products were sold to us. I now feel misled, with this appearing to be the strategy used to actually avoid refunding any difference found.

The salesman was extremely helpful in explaining the types of mattress and then gave us time to try and decided what was best for us. This made the experience so pleasant and resulted in our purchase.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Choices of available beds and mattresses clearly explained any queries cheerfully answered.
