It was a dream, sales assistant ready. no waiting answered all questions we had. Definatly would recomend to family and friends

Our salesman Chris was knowledgeable and helpful and understood our requirements.

All of the Staff were very helpful and efficient. They also offered hot beverages.

Had a good range of beds, each colour scheme was explained As a starting point filled by individual comfort and price. The whole experience was enjoyable.

Due to my mistake of a previous address and also a typo on your colleagues part, the finance was referred. This delay was needless ultimately however we all saw the funny side and everything went through as expected. No harm done just wasted 45 minutes of phone calls and a pending notification on the screen due to human error!

We were given the advice, attention and time we needed to make a decision by Gary with no sales pressure.

Plenty of choice and great service and assistance from store staff. Chris was really helpful and supportive. Staff were not pushy to sell but rather more helpful.

The store had just what I was looking for. I was able to take half my order with me.staff member was very helpful.
