Service from chantell was good friendly explained things but then left you to carry on looking and wasn't at all pushy. Price for a similar mattress was cheaper by about £50 and delivery in just over a week and free as well.overall very good experience.

Quick & easy to order what i needed

We found that Robin was very helpful, and encouraged us to try the beds out, before we decided our choice. He was very friendly towards us, made us a mug of coffee, which we thought was great. Have never been offered drinks before when we have brought any furniture in the past anywhere Much preferred going to the shop to view my product.

The store had a good variety of the mattresses I was interested in, and Chantelle was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

We were welcomed into the store by a friendly face. Chantelle invited us to wander round, offering her assistance should we need it. We were made to feel at ease and not pressured (as happens with so many sales people) so my Husband and I tried out a number of the mattresses. Chantelle remained attentive but only approached us when we were clearly ready to ask questions. These she answered very professionally and soon assured us that the choice we had made was the right one for our individual needs.
